Boosted.ai, a fintech company, is seeking an Account Executive for Inside and Renewal Sales in Toronto. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, renew contracts, and upsell products. This role involves working with sales, client services, product, and management teams. The candidate should be comfortable with strategizing innovative approaches to maintain and grow client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, delivering presentations, and closing deals.Role involves:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Maintaining engagement through follow-up communications.
- Qualifying client renewals and scheduling meetings.
- Managing upgrade and renewal sales cycles.
- Continuously refining the renewal playbook.
- Collaborating with the Client Success team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Sales, Marketing, Sales/Business Development, Sourcing/Procurement, Finance or a similar role in an early-stage growth company is preferred
- Experience and/or interest in AI/machine learning and financial modeling is preferred
- Proficient with G-Suite, Gmail, Calendar, G-Drive, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot and LinkedIn
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
