Job Description
PayPay Card Corporation is seeking a QA Engineer to enhance product quality and speed in product development. The QA Engineer will manage quality standards, handle team management, and rigorously check the PayPay Card service for user-friendliness, providing feedback to relevant personnel. This role involves developing testing and quality improvement processes for the core system QA group.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing the testing and quality improvement process for the core system QA group.
- Planning, designing, and executing tests for product development projects.
- Conducting tests using computers and smartphones.
- Reporting and providing feedback on test results.
- Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors.
- Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process.
- Creating manuals.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- QA experience with web applications or mobile applications (both Android and iOS).
- Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications.
- Experience in creating test plans, designing tests, and executing them.
- Experience working in a fast-paced development environment within the IT/Web industry.
- Experience in standardizing QA processes and methods, and proposing improvements.
- Ability to flexibly communicate with product development teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, TestLink, QASymphony, etc.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
