Job Description

PayPay Card Corporation is seeking a QA Engineer to enhance product quality and speed in product development. The QA Engineer will manage quality standards, handle team management, and rigorously check the PayPay Card service for user-friendliness, providing feedback to relevant personnel. This role involves developing testing and quality improvement processes for the core system QA group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing the testing and quality improvement process for the core system QA group.
  • Planning, designing, and executing tests for product development projects.
  • Conducting tests using computers and smartphones.
  • Reporting and providing feedback on test results.
  • Negotiating and coordinating with developers, designers, and directors.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements for the overall product development process.
  • Creating manuals.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • QA experience with web applications or mobile applications (both Android and iOS).
  • Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications.
  • Experience in creating test plans, designing tests, and executing them.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced development environment within the IT/Web industry.
  • Experience in standardizing QA processes and methods, and proposing improvements.
  • Ability to flexibly communicate with product development teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of QA tools such as Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, TestLink, QASymphony, etc.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
