PayPay Card is seeking an Agile Coach to join their Agile Process Promotion Group. This role involves coaching and mentoring teams and managers, facilitating agile adoption, and driving process improvements across the organization. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrating with the PayPay platform, which has over 66 million users.

Responsibilities:

• Educating the organization on agile principles and practices.
• Introducing methodologies like Scrum, TDD, ATDD, and Lean.
• Assessing and proposing improvements to organizational processes.
• Coaching managers, teams, and individuals on agile implementation.
• Supporting leadership and team dynamics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• 1+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
