  • Managing systems within the assigned domain, including project progression and defining system requirements.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to develop organizational and architectural roadmaps.
  • Supporting the skill enhancement of engineers and fostering a positive engineering culture.
  • Providing mentorship and support for team members' growth through 1-on-1 meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in team management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience in system development (backend or frontend) within a business company.
  • Experience leading scalable architectures (microservices or event-driven architectures) and system design.
  • Proven leadership in guiding and supporting the growth of strategic engineering talent.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
