PayPay Card is seeking a QC / 品質管理 to ensure system quality. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 66 million users. The role involves collaborating with the system development department to maintain system quality and support the company's goal of becoming the No.1 financial and credit service in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and reviewing deliverables in each phase of system development.
- Conducting process checks in the design, development, operation, and maintenance phases of systems.
- Implementing education and training related to system quality.
- Analyzing activities to reduce system failures, promoting recurrence prevention measures, and monitoring.
- Checking and reviewing the contents of direct causes, root causes, and recurrence prevention measures.
- Reviewing risk assessments in the company's systems.
- Investigating, analyzing, and reporting problems arising from system failures and risk assessments.
- Making proposals for residual risks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in system quality management or system development.
- Interest in system audits and risk assessment in general.
- Experience with IT tools such as Confluence and JIRA is desirable.
- Experience with internal controls such as JSOX, accounting audit support, and audit corporation support is desirable.
