PayPay Card is seeking a System Risk Management professional to join their Quality Management Department. This role involves collaborating with the system development department to ensure system quality. The System Risk Management Group acts as a liaison between the internal system audit department and the system development department during audits, ensuring accuracy and smooth progress.

The company recently completed a large-scale core system renewal, transitioning from 80% on-premises to 80% cloud environment. This role will support the company's goal of becoming the No.1 financial and credit service in Japan by ensuring the safe and secure development of new services.

Role involves:

  • Conducting system risk assessments and reviews.
  • Investigating, analyzing, and reporting system failures and risk assessment issues.
  • Providing recommendations for residual risks.
  • Managing system audit responses.
  • Providing feedback on audit matters from the system to the audit department.
  • Establishing and revising manuals in compliance with audits.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in system auditing and IT general control.
  • Experience in managing deadlines and compiling submission documents.
  • Basic skills in Excel (IF, Vlookup, pivot table aggregation, etc.) and Word.
