Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a Data Platform Engineer to join their team responsible for the development and operation of the data infrastructure that supports PayPay Card's data analysis. The engineer will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from building data pipelines to creating dashboards and reports in collaboration with the marketing department. This role offers the opportunity to work with a large volume of data and contribute to the growth of PayPay Card's services.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing applications on a newly constructed data analysis platform.
• Participating in system development from requirements definition to release in the data infrastructure.
• Designing, developing, and tuning large-scale data and high-load systems.
• Adhering to privacy and security standards from the design stage.
• Performing maintenance and operation to maintain systems and services.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and operating ETL processes on AWS.
• Development experience with Python.
• Development experience using Spark (PySpark).
• Development experience using GitOps.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy.
