The role involves working within the team responsible for the development of core business systems, specifically focusing on Salesforce implementation, development, and operation. The engineer will collaborate with various departments such as business planning and customer service.

Role involves:

• Salesforce system development, feature enhancement, and maintenance.
• Collaborating with business departments (e.g., DX Headquarters, Contact Center) for requirements definition and system design.
• Working with development vendors for development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
• Salesforce configuration, APEX code creation, and screen development.
• Coordination with business departments.
• Management, coordination, and review of development vendors.

Requirements:

• Experience in Service Cloud implementation, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience in building workflows using Salesforce standard functions (approval process, flows, etc.).
