Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join its team responsible for the development of core business systems. This role involves working within the team that handles Salesforce implementation, development, and operations. The engineer will collaborate with various departments, including business planning and customer service, to drive projects forward.

Role involves:

• System development, feature enhancement, and maintenance within Salesforce.
• Collaborating with business units (e.g., DX Headquarters, Contact Center) for requirements definition and system design.
• Working with development vendors on development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
• Salesforce configuration, APEX code creation, and screen development.
• Coordination with business units and management of development vendors.

Requirements:

• Experience in Service Cloud implementation, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience in building workflows using Salesforce standard features (approval processes, flows, etc.).
• Knowledge of LWC, APEX, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Git.
