Role Involves:

  • Designing and monitoring IT support KPIs, and implementing improvement measures.
  • Dividing roles among team members and managing tasks.
  • Optimizing inquiry responses.
  • Improving and standardizing operations.
  • Maintaining FAQs and knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Experience in improving help desk operations.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing business processes.
  • Experience in operating device and account management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
