PayPay Card is seeking a Marketing Manager candidate to drive user acquisition and engagement for its credit and QR payment services. The company, established in 2021, aims to provide user-friendly fintech services integrated with the PayPay platform, which boasts over 69 million users. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for PayPay mini-app credit services and PayPay Card, with a focus on new customer acquisition and promotional campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing plans, service improvements, and collaborative promotions with other group companies. They will also be involved in reporting to senior management and various group entities. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, or business planning, with a strong understanding of KPIs and data analysis.

This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale initiatives in collaboration with PayPay, SoftBank, and Yahoo Japan. It requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage a team and drive projects from conception to completion.

Role Involves:

  • Planning and executing new promotion and campaign initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing service function improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing or campaign planning with KPI management.
  • Experience in service function additions or improvements for apps.
  • Experience in business planning or related roles with a focus on KPIs.
  • Management experience.
