Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Leader to drive the growth and expansion of its credit and QR payment services. This role involves leading marketing initiatives to acquire new members and promote usage of PayPay's credit services and PayPay Card.

The Marketing Leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing department, developing and executing marketing strategies, and managing a team of up to 20 members. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders across PayPay Group to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the marketing department
• Planning and execution of marketing strategies
• Project management from planning to execution
• Presentations and communication with executives and stakeholders
• Team management and mentorship

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing or service planning in a toC industry
• Management experience in a project or organization
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Experience in creating and presenting materials to executives
