Job Description
PayPay Card is seeking a customer support representative to join their team in Sapporo. This role involves providing excellent service to customers with early-stage delinquent accounts, aiming to offer satisfactory solutions. The representative will handle debt collection and recovery via phone, while also managing related administrative tasks.
PayPay Card was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay payment platform, which has over 69 million users as of May 2025. The company's vision is to create an unimaginable future by maintaining a Day1 mindset and rapidly advancing cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.
Role Involves:
- Conducting debt collection and recovery via phone, offering consultations and management for repayment.
- Handling administrative tasks related to phone operations, such as recording conversations and processing changes to repayment methods.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (call center, sales, or 영업 experience with communication skills).
- Basic PC operation skills.
- Experience in CS or service operation at a contact center (preferred).
- Alignment with PayPay 5 senses.
