  • Performing administrative tasks related to phone operations (recording conversations and processing changes to repayment methods).

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (call center, sales, or customer service, requiring communication skills).
  • Basic PC operation skills.

Strongly prefered:

  • CS business experience or service management experience in contact centers, etc.
