PayPay Card Inc., established in 2021, aims to provide user-friendly fintech services by integrating with the PayPay platform. The company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Tokyo. This role involves providing satisfactory service to customers with early delinquent debts through phone communication and administrative tasks.
The Customer Support Specialist will be part of the Debt Management Division, which focuses on proposing repayment plans tailored to customers' financial situations. The team uses AI and technology to enhance the ease of repayment for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting collection operations for delinquent debts via phone (consulting and managing repayments).
- Performing administrative tasks related to phone operations (recording conversations and processing changes to repayment methods).
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (communication skills required).
- Basic PC operation skills.
Preferred:
- CS operations or service operation experience in contact centers.
