Responsibilities:

• Monitoring fraudulent transactions involving card usage.
• Detecting and investigating card fraud.
• Contacting cardholders regarding fraud detection.
• Managing and operating fraud detection systems.
• Canceling cardholder qualifications, suspending card use, and reissuing cards.

Requirements:

• Experience in fraud monitoring at a bank or credit card company.
• Alignment with PayPay's 5 senses.
