PayPay Card is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Security Center as a Fraud Monitoring Specialist. This role is crucial in maximizing security benefits by preventing fraudulent use, minimizing loss of opportunity by ensuring genuine users are not blocked, and providing a safe and secure environment for members, thereby expanding usage.

The Fraud Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for monitoring fraudulent transactions and managing the fraud detection system. This involves detecting and investigating card fraud, contacting cardholders to verify transactions, managing the fraud detection system, and handling card cancellations, suspensions, and reissues.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring fraudulent card transactions
• Detecting and investigating card fraud
• Contacting cardholders to verify transactions
• Managing the fraud detection system

Requirements:

• Experience in fraud monitoring at a bank or credit card company
• Alignment with PayPay's 5 senses
