Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a Business Planning Leader candidate to join their team in Tokyo or Fukuoka. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 69 million users. PayPay Card aims to revolutionize cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.

The Business Planning Department focuses on simplifying operations, improving productivity, and maximizing card reach. The role involves strengthening collaboration with group companies to enhance the credit card business. The candidate will optimize operations and build efficient processes to support business growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing solutions to address card issuance process challenges.
• Reviewing and designing processes to shorten the card application-to-issuance time.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve card delivery rates.
• Planning and implementing solutions to automate manual tasks and promote data-driven processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in planning and promoting projects (PM, PL, etc.).
• Experience leading teams as a leader or manager (preferred).
• Alignment with PayPay's 5 senses.
