This role is at PayPay Card Co., Ltd., established in 2021 to integrate with the PayPay payment platform, which has over 66 million users as of October 2024. The company aims to provide user-friendly fintech services and is looking for someone passionate about promoting cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.

The role involves collaborating with various teams to improve the card business.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing solutions to address issues in the card issuance process.
• Reviewing and designing processing steps to shorten the time from card application to issuance.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase card delivery rates.
• Planning and implementing solutions to reduce undelivered card returns and ensure customer card delivery.
• Planning and implementing solutions to address business challenges in administrative processing areas.
• Promoting automation (RPA) to transition from manual processes to data-driven processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in planning and promoting projects (e.g., as a PM or PL).
• Alignment with PayPay's 5 senses.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading teams as a leader or manager.
