PayPay Card is seeking a Security Engineer/Architect to join its Cyber Security Division. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 66 million users as of October 2024. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing Japan's cashless payment systems and creating new value for users.

The Cyber Security Division is responsible for creating and implementing security rules and procedures. The CSIRT department handles PCI DSS compliance, vulnerability assessments, and vulnerability management.

This role involves proactively engaging in product-related projects from the outset, focusing on PCI DSS compliance, cybersecurity measures, and vulnerability management. The candidate will collaborate with the manager to address and resolve any issues that arise.

Role involves:

• Leading and promoting security-related tasks for product projects.
• Maintaining and managing information security.

Requirements:

• Experience as a system construction/development engineer.
• Experience as a cybersecurity engineer.
• PCI DSS compliance and maintenance experience.
• Vulnerability assessment and response experience.
• Experience responding to cyber incidents.
• Experience creating and maintaining internal rules based on internal regulations and laws.
• Experience providing consultation regarding established internal regulations and rules.
