PayPay Card is seeking a BCM推進担当 to enhance its business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, leveraging the PayPay platform's extensive user base. The role is within the Cybersecurity Division, specifically the CIA Promotion Department, which focuses on security measures based on ISMS (ISO 27001) and BCP implementation.
The BCM推進担当 will be responsible for planning, implementing, and promoting BCP measures, as well as formulating and maintaining internal regulations and rules. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining BCM (BCP)
- Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Managing the Emergency Response Headquarters secretariat
- Handling crisis response during significant disasters or system failures
- Planning and executing training exercises
- Formulating scenarios for training and negotiating with stakeholders
- Developing business continuity measures such as system recovery and alternative operations
- Creating and maintaining internal rules based on regulations and laws
- Establishing BCP collaboration with group companies
- Planning, creating, and implementing BCP education
- Compiling and addressing government requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in BCM-related tasks (BCP development, training, operation construction, etc.)
- Experience in IT-BCP (system redundancy using data centers/clouds, basic knowledge of system risks)
- Experience in cross-organizational project management (schedule management, issue management)
- Experience as a PM or PMO, including progress management and meeting coordination
- Practical experience in creating BCP-related internal regulations and rules
