PayPay Card is seeking a BCM推進担当 to enhance its business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, leveraging the PayPay platform's extensive user base. This role is within the Cyber Security Division, specifically in the CIA Promotion Department, which focuses on security measures based on ISMS (ISO 27001) and BCP initiatives.

The BCM推進担当 will be responsible for planning, developing, and promoting BCP measures, as well as creating and maintaining internal regulations and rules. The ideal candidate will have experience in BCM-related tasks, IT-BCP, and cross-functional project management.

Role Involves:

  • Building and maintaining BCM (BCP).
  • Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Managing the Emergency Response Headquarters secretariat.
  • Planning and executing crisis response operations.
  • Developing and conducting training exercises.
  • Creating and maintaining internal rules and regulations.
  • Building BCP collaboration systems with group companies.
  • Planning and implementing BCP education.
  • Handling government-related requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in BCM-related operations.
  • Experience in IT-BCP.
  • Experience in cross-functional business promotion and project management.
  • Experience in PM or PMO.
  • Practical experience in creating BCP-related internal regulations and rules.
