Role Involves:

• Handling legal consultations and investigations from various departments.
• Reviewing contracts and conducting legal checks on various forms of communication.
• Supporting various internal projects.
• Handling regulatory compliance related to prizes and advertising.
• Managing litigation, ADR, and legal responses to complaints.
• Managing intellectual property rights.
• Researching and planning for legal enactments and revisions.
• Conducting internal business verification and handling administrative responses.
• Handling legal affairs related to the credit card business and money lending industry.
• Managing other general corporate legal matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate legal experience.
• Experience in the financial industry (especially in money lending and credit card industries) is desirable.
