PayPay Card is seeking an HRBP to support its Technology Division. This role involves strategic HR partnership, contributing to organizational growth, and supporting global talent integration. The HRBP will work closely with the Technology Division, addressing HR needs and contributing to company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR strategic consulting to the Technology Division.
  • Managing employee-related processes, including performance, compensation, and placement.
  • Addressing employee concerns within the Technology Division.
  • Supporting workforce planning efforts.
  • Contributing to company-wide HR initiatives and policies.
  • Assisting with onboarding for international employees, including translation and support.

Requirements:

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, or consulting.
  • Experience in problem-solving and facilitation.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization.
