PayPay Card is seeking an HRBP to join their team. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 66 million users. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the business, focusing on maximizing organizational value and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Role involves:

  • Providing HR strategic consulting to various headquarters.
  • Operating systems related to goals, evaluations, compensation, placement, and retirement in each headquarters.
  • Handling employee-related matters in each headquarters.
  • Planning workforce.
  • Planning and executing company-wide systems, measures and rules.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a business company.
  • Experience in identifying problems, proposing solutions, facilitating, and resolving issues.
  • Experience in solving problems through quantitative approaches (data analysis -> visualization).
  • HRBP experience (preferred).
  • Talent development experience (preferred).
  • Business planning/KPI planning, promotion, and operation (preferred).
  • Data aggregation and analysis (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
