PayPay Card is seeking a Payroll & Welfare Global 담당 to join their team. This role focuses on supporting global employees and ensuring smooth payroll and welfare operations.

PayPay Card was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, merging with the PayPay payment platform, which has over 66 million users as of October 2024. The company aims to revolutionize cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan.

The Payroll & Welfare group is dedicated to connecting individual and organizational growth. The mission is to maximize employee performance by providing a stable and supportive environment. The team consists of 10 employees and contract employees, ranging in age from 20s to 60s, who collaborate with group companies to improve operations.

This role involves:

  • Providing support to global employees, including visa and relocation assistance.
  • Conducting onboarding sessions.
  • Responding to employee inquiries.
  • Processing temporary payments and checking payroll calculations.
  • Managing residence status and providing renewal support.
  • Handling payroll-related tasks.
  • Assisting with external and internal audits.
  • Compiling HR data.
  • Managing welfare programs.
  • Responding to employee inquiries.
  • Improving and operating HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience with payroll calculation, social insurance, and labor procedures in a company with 500+ employees.
  • Experience in HR tasks using English, such as inbound acceptance and support for foreign employees.
  • Global mobility experience.
