PayPay Card, a fintech company with 63 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 経営企画担当(FP&A)/ リーダー候補 to join their team. This role is crucial for driving the company's growth and achieving its goal of becoming the No.1 service in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The 経営企画担当(FP&A)/ リーダー候補 will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. He/She will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
Role Involves:
- Planning and drafting mid- to long-term plans
- Managing the profitability and feasibility of measures and projects
- Planning, drafting, and managing annual budgets and performance
- Resolving other management issues and providing support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business company-wide business planning operations (formulating mid- to long-term plans, formulating annual budgets, managing forecasts and actuals, various analyses, etc.)
- Business company support experience at a consulting firm (strategy/general)
- Practical experience with SQL
- Knowledge of financial modeling
- Someone who fits PayPay 5 senses
