Responsibilities include:

  • Facility Management: Office expansion and environmental construction based on medium-term personnel plans.
  • Office environment improvements in line with new work styles.
  • Coordination with building management companies for office equipment and cleanliness.
  • Planning and operation of disaster prevention plans.
  • Planning and operation of company events.
  • Procurement management of office supplies.
  • Management of mail and delivery services.
  • Management of cafeteria operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in general affairs.
  • Experience in facility management (years of experience not specified).
  • Experience in promoting business reform and improvement.
  • Experience in defining business requirements for system implementation (desirable).
  • Experience in cross-departmental projects (desirable).
  • Experience in creating network configuration diagrams and understanding building systems (desirable).
