Role involves:
  • Performing expert-level break-fix & preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting equipment and providing technical support on production lines.
  • Programming, troubleshooting, and analyzing complex control systems.
  • Utilizing predictive equipment and interpreting results.
  • Leading and participating in CI activities.
  • Identifying and sourcing parts and supplies.
  • Performing maintenance as per industry standards.
  • Updating records and reviewing CMMS history and analyzing data.
  • Training and coaching less proficient technicians.

Requirements:
  • In-depth technical knowledge of numerous systems.
  • Experience with programming, troubleshooting, and analyzing complex control systems.
  • Knowledge of predictive equipment and interpretation of results.
  • Familiarity with CI tools and methodology.
  • Ability to perform maintenance as per industry standards.
  • Knowledge of 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Ability to operate machining operations and perform welding tasks (potentially).
  • Understanding of safety policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines.
