  • Strong understanding of manufacturing work environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls and financial forecasting.
  • Experience leading change management.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Extensive travel.
