Job Description

ATS, founded in 1985, operates in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, specializing in industrial maintenance. They are dedicated to enhancing factory operations through professional maintenance services. They are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to manage safety programs, drive strategic initiatives, foster a positive culture, support employee development, and ensure strong business results.Role involves:

• Managing site safety programs and ensuring policy adherence.
• Driving housekeeping standards, including 5S.
• Supporting positive change and implementing new processes.
• Managing employee performance and providing development opportunities.
• Measuring and reporting key maintenance performance indicators.
• Managing expenses, such as labor, overtime, and material consumption.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and CMMS software.
• Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts, negotiation, billing models).
• Planner/scheduler experience ideal.
