Team Leader de Mantenimiento at Advanced Technology Services

ATS, founded in 1985, is seeking a Team Leader de Mantenimiento to supervise and support a maintenance team working on industrial machinery. The role is based in Monterrey and Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico. The Team Leader will oversee the maintenance of industrial machines, ensure safety protocols are followed, and contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

The role involves:

• Supervising and tracking maintenance activities on industrial machines like presses, Fimpress machines, robots, vacuum chambers, and rolling machines.
• Monitoring safety training for personnel.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.

Requirements:

• Engineering or Technician degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in using electrical measurement tools and reading diagrams.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Residency in or around Santa Catarina, San Pedro, Monterrey, or García.
