ArmorCode is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to play a vital role in onboarding new customers and ensuring the successful adoption of the ArmorCode SaaS Platform. This individual will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth technical implementation process.

The Customer Success Engineer will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure feature requests align with customer use cases. He will act as a trusted advisor and provide valuable feedback, identify technical and business requirements, and maintain up-to-date customer data. He will also contribute to training initiatives, knowledge management, and technical implementation tasks.

Role Involves:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
  • Driving product adoption and providing data-driven insights.
  • Maintaining customer data and ensuring data hygiene.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication.
  • Liaising between product management, engineering, marketing, and the customer.
  • Driving training initiatives and updating knowledge.
  • Overseeing and supporting technical implementation tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Software Test Engineer, or similar with cybersecurity background.
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS), preferably a Security Software Company.
  • Experience with Python Scripting and leveraging APIs for workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-on (SSO), OKTA, etc.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting (product, software, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
