ArmorCode is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deliver a world-class SAAS customer experience. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, successful platform engagement, increased retention, and growth through up-sells.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining post-sales relationships with stakeholders, driving deployment, adoption, and expansion, and educating customers on product capabilities. They will act as a trusted advisor in AppSec and vulnerability management, develop customer success strategies, and manage the renewal process.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining post-sales relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
- Driving deployment, adoption, and expansion, employing strong project management skills.
- Possessing deep product knowledge and aligning product capabilities with customer objectives.
- Educating and training stakeholders throughout the customer organization.
- Acting as a trusted advisor with substantial knowledge in AppSec and vulnerability management.
- Developing and implementing a customer success strategy.
- Coordinating and conducting onsite customer visits to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Managing and executing the renewal process.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Customer Success Role within security SaaS companies.
- Strong knowledge in the AppSec and vulnerability management domain.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly in application security and vulnerability management tools.
- Understanding of developer and DevOps ecosystems and practices.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, strong sales acumen.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- A BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
