Upbound is seeking an Account Executive for Strategic Enterprise customers in the West region. This role is responsible for developing and closing business with strategic enterprise clients as part of the field sales team. The Account Executive will collaborate with demand generation, solutions engineering, and product teams to guide potential customers through a solution sales journey. They will gain a deep understanding of customer's challenges to help them achieve their goals using Upbound’s solutions. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to provide a excellent customer experience throughout the pre- and post-sales processes.Responsibilities include:
- Carrying a sales quota aligned with Upbound’s revenue goals.
- Serving as the main contact for new prospects and customers.
- Conducting sales activities and develop opportunities.
- Managing complex strategic enterprise sales campaigns.
- Ensuring successful rollout and adoption of Upbound products.
- Generating qualified leads and new customers with partners.
- Documenting buying criteria to ensure pipeline accuracy.
- Implementing improvements to sales processes.
- Traveling to customer sites and industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Experience selling to large enterprise companies.
- Experience selling IAC or Cloud platform oriented products.
- Experience with customer/project management.
- Experience in solution and value selling in the enterprise cloud and open source spaces.
- Correctly estimate qualifying opportunities based on MEDDICC.
