Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET, ReactJS, NodeJS) at Aperia

Aperia Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full stack applications. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. They will also mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Aperia Solutions is a Texas-based fintech and managed consultancy firm that creates custom SaaS applications and other software-based solutions for the payments, banking, and processing industry.

Role Involves:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient full stack applications using .NET, React, Node.js, and SQL Server.
• Ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fix bugs in a timely manner.
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Implementing and managing both modern event-driven and legacy 3-tier architectures.
• Integrating and utilizing AI plugins to enhance development processes and outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining micro frontends and microservices to ensure modularity and scalability.
• Transforming and modernizing legacy applications to conform to new architectural patterns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a .NET Full Stack Engineer.
• Expertise in React, Node.js, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with both modern event-driven architecture and legacy 3-tier architecture.
• Proficient in using AI plugins with IDEs to improve development efficiency.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Proficiency in developing micro frontends and microservices.
• Experience in transforming legacy applications to modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SAFe Agile Methodology.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
