Digital Village is seeking an Office Manager & Workplace Experience Specialist for their Paris office. This role encompasses office management, ensuring smooth operations, and creating engaging workplace experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring excellent guest service.
  • Arranging meeting spaces, catering, and other meeting requirements.
  • Managing break room inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Ensuring the office is fully operational and utilities are functioning.
  • Scheduling and supervising maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and managing emergency response plans.
  • Reviewing vendor performance and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Supporting the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinating with building facilities and contractors.
  • Identifying and resolving problems related to office space and operations.
  • Creating and managing onsite perks and experiences.
  • Assisting with the organization of company events.
  • Supporting HR with onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
  • Planning and hosting local People Experience (PEX) events.
  • Collaborating on projects as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Office Management/Administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
