Digital Village is seeking an Office Manager & Workplace Experience Specialist for their Paris office. This role encompasses office management, ensuring smooth operations, and creating engaging workplace experiences.
Responsibilities: - Managing the reception area and ensuring excellent guest service.
- Arranging meeting spaces, catering, and other meeting requirements.
- Managing break room inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensuring the office is fully operational and utilities are functioning.
- Scheduling and supervising maintenance and repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and managing emergency response plans.
- Reviewing vendor performance and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Supporting the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinating with building facilities and contractors.
- Identifying and resolving problems related to office space and operations.
- Creating and managing onsite perks and experiences.
- Assisting with the organization of company events.
- Supporting HR with onboarding, offboarding, and administrative tasks.
- Scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Planning and hosting local People Experience (PEX) events.
- Collaborating on projects as assigned.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of Office Management/Administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
