Job Description
DoubleVerify is seeking an Account Manager to service customer accounts and relationships. This role is crucial for overseeing campaigns from kick-off to billing. They will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance, to provide excellent customer service and solutions.

The Account Manager will recommend and implement strategies to meet client product needs, educating customers on DoubleVerify's product suite and its applications.

The role involves:
  • Delivering operational excellence and superior service across accounts.
  • Establishing contact reports, including QBR delivery and feature update meetings.
  • Having strategic conversations during client touch points.
  • Executing against and maintaining Strategic Account Plans.
  • Identifying potential churn risks and escalating them.
  • Performing monthly audits of the business book.


Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management in online advertising.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Ad Serving technology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace.


DoubleVerify offers:
  • Salary range: $54,000 to $101,000.
