DoubleVerify is seeking a Manager, Account Management for Scibids AI business in Australia. This role involves working with Scibids’ Account Managers to help clients leverage Scibids AI for campaign improvement and drive AI adoption. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, teaching, analytical, and interpersonal skills. They should also be a team player with excellent programmatic experience across various DSPs, an entrepreneurial spirit, and curiosity to deeply understand the technology.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate Scibids AI value proposition.
- Become an expert in Scibids AI product philosophy and capability.
- Deliver best-in-class Account Management for clients in Australia.
- Manage a team of Account Managers.
- Guide the team to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
- Manage client campaigns, setting up the AI to optimize goals.
- Advise clients on A/B testing for evaluating Scibids AI impact.
- Lead pilot review sessions and build performance cases.
- Partner with client trading teams for ROI-positive results.
- Lead training sessions and improve customer skills.
- Enhance the product FAQ with best practices from customer situations.
- Proactively brainstorm with clients to design custom solutions.
- Develop and expand agency partnerships.
Requirements:
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Strong DSP campaign management and tracking technologies experience.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Excellent understanding of agency dynamics.
- Accountability and ownership in client relationships.
- Highly diligent and numerical.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze and articulate data into a sales proposition.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6-8 years’ experience in campaign management or digital media operations.
