Sr. Software Engineer at DoubleVerify

DoubleVerify, an Israeli-founded big data analytics company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its team in Tel Aviv. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of innovative classification products, impacting the core components of the system. He will develop new features using a cloud-native technology stack and improve the development process by adapting new technologies.

What the role involves:

• Leading projects by architecting, designing, and implementing solutions.
• Developing new features while leveraging a cloud-native technology stack.
• Continuously improving development processes by adapting new technologies.
• Solving product and engineering challenges.
• Raising the bar of code quality and standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience coding in an industry-standard language (Scala, Java, Rust, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience with in-memory distributed cache and messaging systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and Columnar/NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in a BigData environment with stream processing technologies.
• Experience working with cloud providers (GCP or AWS).
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• A versatile developer with a “getting-things-done” attitude.
