Software Engineer (Go) - Romania at Seldon

Seldon, with over 10 years at the forefront of the MLOps space, is seeking a Software Engineer (Go) to join their team in Romania. The ideal candidate will help design, build, and extend Seldon's Core v2 MLOps platform, contributing to improved reliability, scalability, and performance.

The Software Engineer will engage in technical discussions about the system's architecture and manage internal development, demo, and test infrastructure. They will also respond to customer questions, integrate requested features, and reduce technical debt by maintaining a high-quality codebase.

• Help design, build and extend Seldon's Core v2 MLOps platform.
• Engage in technical discussions about the architecture of the system.
• Manage internal development, demo and test infrastructure.
• Respond to customer questions and queries.
• Reduce technical debt by maintaining codebase.

• At least 4+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
• Strong working knowledge of Golang.
• Experience building applications using Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Native tools.
• Experience in architecting, implementing, and debugging complex systems.
• Understanding of distributed and low latency application architecture/systems and microservices.
• Strong experience with API design, including gRPC and REST.
• Experience in profiling and fixing system bottlenecks.
