Bosa Properties is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Care to lead and manage customer care and warranty programs. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance home quality and functionality.
    Role involves:
  • Guiding the Customer Care team in delivering superior service.
  • Utilizing data to make intelligent decisions about resource allocation.
  • Developing and maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Overseeing building turnover coordination meetings.
  • Collaborating with Property Management companies.
  • Building strong connections across various teams.
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes to resolve building/unit deficiencies.
  • Reviewing project requirements and advising of any concerns relating to specifications or design intent.
    Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of progressive work experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Customer Care.
  • 5 years of experience in leading an inclusive team.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction, building maintenance, Homeowner Protection Act, and Strata Property Act.
  • Innovative customer-centric thinking and practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively impact customer satisfaction.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
