Bosa Properties is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Care to lead and manage customer care and warranty programs. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance home quality and functionality.
Role involves: - Guiding the Customer Care team in delivering superior service.
- Utilizing data to make intelligent decisions about resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Overseeing building turnover coordination meetings.
- Collaborating with Property Management companies.
- Building strong connections across various teams.
- Developing and implementing efficient processes to resolve building/unit deficiencies.
- Reviewing project requirements and advising of any concerns relating to specifications or design intent.
Requirements: - 5-10 years of progressive work experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Customer Care.
- 5 years of experience in leading an inclusive team.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, building maintenance, Homeowner Protection Act, and Strata Property Act.
- Innovative customer-centric thinking and practice.
- Demonstrated ability to positively impact customer satisfaction.
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
