Development Analyst at Bosa Properties Inc.

Bosa Properties is seeking a Development Analyst to join their finance team. The Analyst will be working on concrete high-rise buildings throughout the Lower Mainland, with projects expanding into the United States. This role offers exposure to projects in various development stages and involves financial analysis and reporting.

Role responsibilities include:

• Preparing and maintaining proformas, discounted cash flows, and NPV analyses.
• Preparing project draws and underwriting materials for construction financing.
• Collaborating with development teams, including conducting scenario analysis and providing financial updates.
• Maintaining monthly cash flows and managing financial aspects of project changes.
• Completing monthly financial reporting processes.
• Identifying ways to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency.
• Assisting with ad hoc reports and special projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in Real Estate Development Accounting is an asset.
• Proven analytical abilities in long-term forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• Strong Excel skills for complex financial modelling.
• Experience managing changing priorities efficiently.
