Senior Analyst, Capital Structuring at Bosa Properties Inc.

The Senior Analyst will report to the Capital Structuring team and the Treasury Department. This role involves preparing financial debt reports for senior management and maintaining relationships with external lenders. • Distill key information from financing agreements and prepare reliable debt reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly debt reports.
• Maintain a library of financing agreements.
• Update the monthly debt schedule.
• Collaborate with Treasury on mortgage payment schedules.
• Manage the CORRA loans portfolio.
• Supervise the compliance process and prepare required reports.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on debt and compliance matters.
• Manage letters of credit and surety bonding.

• 5 years of accounting/analyst experience, with 3 years in Finance in the real estate industry.
• CPA or CFA designation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Query.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate financing.
