Manager, IT Infrastructure at Bosa Properties Inc.

Bosa Properties Inc. is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure to oversee infrastructure operations and ensure the availability and security of services. The IT Infrastructure Manager will report to the Director, IT Operations. They will be responsible for training, managing, and mentoring a team of IT professionals and will collaborate with other IT leaders to prioritize projects that enhance and secure the technologies used. This role supports a user base of 350 hybrid-work users.

The Manager will be a service-oriented individual, passionate about problem-solving, and capable of motivating a hybrid/remote team. They will contribute a deep understanding of the IT landscape and will be a partner in the day-to-day IT operations of the business.

What the role involves:

• Managing the Infrastructure team, evaluating performance, and addressing performance issues.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting various roles (e.g., Network/System Administrator, DevOps Engineer).
• Establishing, measuring, and tracking KPIs for system health and support escalations.
• Managing technology projects from start to finish.
• Monitoring ticket queues, assigning issues, and identifying opportunities for improvements and automation.
• Creating training material and conducting training sessions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Information Systems Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience leading a team of 3+ direct reports.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience with four (4) years in a senior IT operational role.
• Experience with Windows-based, M365, AWS/Azure environments.
• Experience optimizing escalation workflows and team schedules to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience collecting business and user requirements, and managing technology implementation projects.
• Excellent communication & documentation skills.
