Residential Housekeeper (Broadview) at Bosa Properties Inc.

Bosa Properties Inc. is seeking a Residential Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of rental units in Burnaby, BC. This role involves turnover cleaning, regular cleaning of common areas, and apartment inspections. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and able to build strong relationships with residents.

• Conduct thorough cleaning of rental units between occupancies
• Perform routine cleaning in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
• Inspect and report any damage or maintenance issues in rental units
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents
• Adapt to additional responsibilities beyond housekeeping
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when reordering is necessary
• Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols
• Offer assistance and guidance to residents when needed

Requirements include:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently to meet turnover deadlines
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities
