Cloud Software Engineer at Datacor

Datacor is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to enhance its software offerings. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for full-stack development and a desire to drive innovation across software products.Datacor provides software solutions to the process manufacturing space. The Cloud Software Engineer will be working with software and information services, improving operations for customers.Responsibilities:

• Produce scalable software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and own the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment
• Use both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries
• Use Agile methodologies, source-code control, various facets of testing software, and AWS offerings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Knowledge of multiple languages, libraries and frameworks, specifically; HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Jest and Serverless Framework
• Demonstrates knowledge of Unit, Integration, and E2E code testing
• Experience with versioning software for source-code control
• Clearly demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of data/database technologies
• Experience using AWS resources to support software development
• Experience with an Agile SDLC (scrum, Kanban, XP, etc)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in computer science, math, engineering, or information technology, or a work history that demonstrates proficiency in software development
