Software Developer (Format Solutions) at Datacor

Datacor is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to join their innovative team at Format Solutions in San Jose, Costa Rica. The position involves building the next generation formulation software platform for the Animal Nutrition industry.

The developer will be responsible for developing and deploying robust, scalable, and secure applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, working with SQL Server and relational databases, and contributing to the platform's architecture.

The role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver optimal customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications using C#.
• Working with SQL and relational databases.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews and testing.
• Using agile development principles.
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of full-stack development experience with C#, REST APIs.
• Solid SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience building unit tests (moq).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
