Datacor, a leading provider of software solutions, is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to manage and maintain cloud environments across AWS and Azure. This hybrid position, based in San Jose, Costa Rica, offers exposure to diverse technologies and fosters professional growth within the cloud ecosystem. The Cloud Software Engineer will be responsible for:

• Assisting in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Supporting system administration tasks across Windows and Linux environments.
• Participating in infrastructure automation using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Implementing cloud security best practices and manage IAM roles and permissions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on project delivery, incident response, and documentation.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Experience or familiarity with AWS, Azure, or both.
• Exposure to Windows or Linux system administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as VPCs, subnets, and DNS.
• Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals and IAM.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
