Samlino Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive marketing projects and campaigns. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, but involves travel to five markets.

The Performance Marketing Manager will be accountable for marketing projects and driving results across various campaigns and initiatives. The responsibilities will evolve and be defined throughout their time with Samlino Group, with the aim to take ownership and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a track record of successfully owning projects from conception to completion.
• Passionate about making an impact and driving tangible results.
• Native proficiency in either Portuguese, Danish, French, Dutch, Greek, Finnish or Swedish and fluent in English.
• EU work permit required.
