Samlino Group is seeking a Growth Associate to be a key driver of their exponential growth. The successful candidate will be based in Lisbon, but will travel to and work with our five markets. The Group empowers users towards living healthier financial lives.

Responsibilities:

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Act as a champion for our results-driven culture within the team and organization
• Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5-star experiences to our users and partners
• Project-based assignments with clear objectives spread across different geographies
• Deep dive into value creation, process improvement and organizational growth
