OfferZen is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have sales or customer-facing experience and a desire to accelerate their career in a high-impact environment. As an SDR at OfferZen, the individual's outreach will be crucial in driving the company's mission forward.
The role involves:
- Researching and identifying high-quality leads.
- Executing multi-channel outreach (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
- Nurturing relationships and generating qualified meetings for our Account Managers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to fine-tune outreach strategies.
OfferZen is looking for someone who has:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, in B2B SaaS.
- Experience consistently generating new business pipeline - primarily through phone conversations.
- Skilled at crafting effective messaging and copy for sales campaigns.
- Hands-on approach and passion for creating and nurturing leads.
- Startup experience in companies with <200 employees is a plus.
