Scrum Master at Delasport

Delasport is seeking a Scrum Master to join their dynamic team in Sofia or Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in ensuring the development teams adhere to agile principles and practices, fostering collaboration, and removing obstacles to facilitate the successful completion of sprint goals.

The Scrum Master at Delasport will be responsible for:

• Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint refinements, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaching the development teams to practice agile principles.
• Establishing workflows and processes.
• Encouraging communication and effective collaboration, facilitating discussions and conflict resolution.
• Serving as the point of contact for external communications.
• Working closely with Product Owners and Team Leads.
• Creating dashboards and reports with productivity metrics and useful KPIs.
• Identifying and removing obstacles.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, project management, or related experience in a Scrum team.
• Excellent understanding of Agile and Scrum.
• Good familiarity with SDLC.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and synchronize.
• Excellent English.
• Ability to work with Jira and Confluence.
