- Define and regularly update the incident matrix
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing timely updates
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Enhance incident management tools, processes, and monitoring systems
- Conduct training and simulation exercises
- Track incident metrics and prepare detailed reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
