The Program Manager will oversee multiple interconnected projects, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes that support the company’s strategic vision. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Role involves:

• Defining program goals, objectives, and success metrics.
• Developing program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
• Overseeing and coordinating the execution of multiple related projects across teams.
• Managing dependencies, risks, and inter-project conflicts.
• Monitoring program performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Engaging with senior leaders and executives to report on program health and achievements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Strong understanding of program management tools like Jira Portfolio, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
